Deliveries
Delivery charges included to UK mainland only
Delivery charges "if displayed" are an additional cost and clearly displayed where they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are also valid and effective only in the UK mainland.
Deliveries are made to the kerb side only. The driver will require help unloading the worktops/furniture products when arriving at the agreed delivery destination.
Once delivered to the kerb side, we do not move, lift or carry by any means worktops/furniture/fireplaces products up stairs or in lifts or other such activities, unless written agreement between ourselves and the parties concerned has been made prior to delivery.
When your item arrives:
1. If the outside packaging is damaged, or there are any other visible signs of damage to the crate, please do the following:
a. sign the carrier"s sheet strictly in accordance with the actual condition of the crate, it is not sufficient to sign " unexamined",
b. write down the damage visible on the carrier"s sheet and where ever possible take photos.
c. contact us immediately (within 48 hours maximum)
2 Please telephone the Carrier company (within 24 hours) stating the reference number of your item (if any) and clearly state the nature of the damage, follow this up with a written complaint.
3.Please telephone us, inform us of the nature of the problem, if any photos have been taken email to us along with any relevant paperwork
4.Unless these procedures are adhered to within the timeframe stated above, no claim can be entertained
Returns and Refunds Policy
If any product is ordered in error through the fault of Uk Stoneage then we will collect the incorrect products and replace them with the correct products as soon as possible.
Replacing products if incorrect due to an error made by the customer is left to the discretion of Uk stoneage. If it is agreed to replace a product/s, the customer will be charged a collection and restock fee.
We will always endeavour to delivery goods on time, as specified when ordering. However, under no circumstances will we give a refund if the products are late for any reason.
All goods delivered to the kerb side must be checked and signed for at the time of delivery. It is our policy that the person who makes the order must sign for collection of the order at the time of delivery.
All damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of the kerb side delivery. After this period Uk Stoneage will not be held responsible for damaged or unsatisfactory goods.
We do not give any form of compensation if the products are delivered damaged. If damaged and not satisfactory for use, we will return them to our Manufacturing Centre and replace them at the earliest possible convenient date.
We are not responsible for any losses incurred for late delivery, damage or incompetent fitting.
Returning Items
Call our Customer Services team on 0845 241 7122. They will arrange for the collection of the unwanted goods.
Calls are charged at national rate. Lines are open 9am - 5pm Monday – Friday.
