Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to use of this website. Your use of this website indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.

Specification and Colour
Uk Stoneage reserves the right to alter specification and/or colour without notice. All images on this site depicting our products are for guidance only and colour representation will depend upon the equipment being used to view the images.
A number of the products and ranges of worktops and furniture depicted in this site are manufactured from specially selected and treated stone. Stone is a natural product and as such slight movements and variations in colour and grain will occur. If you have any queries or concerns regarding this matter, please speak to one of our sales team prior to ordering.
Promotions and Sales
All promotions and Sales are subject to availability. Uk Stoneage reserves the right to change, alter or cancel any promotion at any time without notice.
Prices and Payment
All goods for sale on this site have displayed prices unless otherwise stated such as products of a bespoke nature. VAT is charged at the UK standard rate and is included in all products. VAT is not included on Worktops products.
Delivery charges "if displayed" are an additional cost and clearly displayed where they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in the UK mainland.
We will not accept any order until funds have been received in full and a clear balance is evident.
Once payment is received, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail that will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided when placing your order. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
Credit and Debit Card Payments
All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling and the website will currently only accept in this currency. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. No transaction fees will be charged. The total amount you pay is the same, regardless of the payment method. The Merchant name Uk Stoneage will appear on your credit/debit card statement.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received via email or telephone before the goods are delivered to you.
However, cancellations are not applicable to any bespoke work or made to order goods that have been undertaken in any of our workshops prior to delivery.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the kerb side only. The driver will require help unloading the worktops/furniture products when arriving at the agreed delivery destination.
Once delivered to the kerb side, we do not move, lift or carry by any means worktops/furniture products up stairs or in lifts or other such activities, unless written agreement between ourselves and the parties concerned has been made prior to delivery.
Returns and Refunds Policy
If any product is ordered in error through the fault of Uk Stoneage then we will collect the incorrect products and replace them with the correct products as soon as possible.
Replacing products if incorrect due to an error made by the customer is left to the discretion of Uk stoneage. If it is agreed to replace a product/s, the customer will be charged a collection and restock fee.
We will always endeavour to delivery goods on time, as specified when ordering. However, under no circumstances will we give a refund if the products are late for any reason.
All goods delivered to the kerb side must be checked and signed for at the time of delivery. It is our policy that the person who makes the order must sign for collection of the order at the time of delivery.
All damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of the kerb side delivery. After this period Uk Stoneage will not be held responsible for damaged or unsatisfactory goods.
We do not give any form of compensation if the products are delivered damaged. If damaged and not satisfactory for use, we will return them to our Manufacturing Centre and replace them at the earliest possible convenient date.
We are not responsible for any losses incurred for late delivery, damage or incompetent fitting.
Exchange and Refunds
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the product or issue a full refund to you including delivery charges.
If you are not satisfied with the goods for any other reason we will exchange or refund any unused items as sold, in their original packaging, to you including delivery charges. The collection of the goods will be arranged through our nominated delivery carrier and the cost of return will be at your expense. You will also be charged, at the discretion of Uk Stoneage, a 30% restocking fee.
Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order by the original method of payment.
PLEASE NOTE: the above excludes installations and products made to specific requirements. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returning Items
Call our Customer Services team on 0845 241 7122. They will arrange for the collection of the unwanted goods.
Calls are charged at national rate. Lines are open 9am - 5pm Monday – Friday.
General
Uk Stoneage shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of Uk Stoneage.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.
Copyright and Trademarks
Uk Stoneage allows you the user to view and download information from this website purely for your own personal, informational and non-commercial use.
Under no circumstance must ‘the user’ modify materials or information obtained from this website in any way, or reproduce or publicly display or distribute them for any commercial purpose except as expressly permitted by Uk Stoneage.
